A Storz coupling is a type of quick-connect, genderless hose connector that joins pipes and hoses using interlocking hooks and flanges instead of traditional male and female threaded ends.
Invented in 1882, it is heavily utilized in firefighting, agriculture, and industry.
Size is determined by KA measurement which is the distance between the lugs.
Conform to DIN standards 14302 and 14303.
